My name is Karyn Swaney. I appreciate you visiting my blog!

I’ve been vegan for about 10 years – vegan overnight after reading an article about animal rights. I started this blog as a way to keep the many things I write organized, and I obviously hope people might enjoy some of the things I write. I don’t expect anyone to agree with everything, or even like everything I say, but my rather simple hope is to convey my strong desire to live in a society where all individual lives are treated as though they matter, and we collectively demonstrate respect and empathy for others on a clean, green planet.
